Vincent "Vinny" X Kratzer Vince passed away on July 26, 2014 at the age of 45 and is survived by father Donnie Kratzer, mother Carole Kratzer, brother Dean Kratzer, sister Tara Kratzer, brother in law Michael Cox, nephew Justin Spinelli and niece Amanda Spinelli. Vince graduated from Rowan University in 1992 with a Bachelors degree in Law/Justice. His most recent employment was a senior probation officer for the state of New Jersey. Vinny will be remembered by all for his ability to humor us. Vince elected cremation and no services will be held. Vince requested any donations to be sent to the Wounded Warrior Project, P.O.
