Thomas B. Grant

July 11, 1944 - May 12, 2022

Thomas B. Grant of Townsend, DE, formerly of Penns Grove and Pennsville, NJ passed away peacefully on May 12, 2022. Tom was a 1962 graduate of Penns Grove High School and then served in the United States Navy. After his service, he went to work for DuPont as a Lab Technician, where he retired after 38 years with the company. Tom was an avid bowler and golfer; he even scored a hole-in-one. He also coached in the Pennsville Little League and the Pennsville Soccer Association. He enjoyed watching the Phillies and the PGA Tour on TV and spending time with his grandsons. Tom is survived by his wife of 52 years Sandi Grant (nee Moore); sons William (Bill) and his wife Karen of Bear, DE and Brian and his wife Jennifer also of Bear, DE. He is also survived by four grandsons: Jacob, Dylan, Benjamin and Kyle all of Bear, DE, who will all miss their Pop. A visitation will be held for family and friends on Thursday, May 19, 2022 from 10-11am at Ashcraft Funeral Homes; 740 South Broadway, Pennsville, NJ 08070.
