Joyce A. Chase, age 80, of Deepwater, NJ passed away on April 3rd surrounded by her husband and children at St. Francis Hospital. The daughter of Harrison Parks and Missouri Allen Parks, she was originally from Deep Creek, Virginia. Joyce was a wonderful wife, mother, grandmother, sister and friend. She dedicated her life to raising her family and providing a loving home to four generations. She will be greatly missed by all who knew her. She is survived by her loving husband, Vaughn Chase, her sister Shirley Thornes of Onancock, VA, her children, Debbie Simpkins (Dale), Dottie Pecqueur (Ron), Cealy Homan (John), Matt Chase (Annie), and Mark Chase (Shari), nine grandchildren, and five great grandchildren. Family and friends are invited to attend a viewing in the Ashcraft Funeral Home, 740 S. Broadway, Pennsville, NJ on Tuesday, April 7th from 7:00 - 8:30 pm. Funeral services will be held at the Ashcraft Funeral Home on Wednesday, April 8th at 11:00 am. A private graveside service will follow.
