March 24, 1932 - December 30, 2017

Charlotte Vinciguerra passed away peacefully on December 30, 2017. Charlotte was born in Milwaukee, Wisconsin on March 24, 1932, and grew up on a dairy farm between Merrill and Wausau. She was a graduate of Merrill High School and earned her degree in education at Lincoln Teachers College. A new dance hall, “Club Jason,” opened on the base with a live band. Frank asked her to dance and the rest is history. They were married on October 1, 1955 in St. James Church and had 55 years of a wonderful marriage raising five successful children. Charlotte was predeceased by her husband on November 3, 2010. Charlotte was a substitute teacher for twenty years at Penns Grove High School and was Cheerleader Advisor for four of those years. Charlotte is survived by her children, son Frank Vinciguerra, his wife, Ann, son Dr. Vincent Vinciguerra, his wife, Deanna, daughter Tina Windett, her husband, Tom, son Dean Vinciguerra, and son USCG Captain Aldante Vinciguerra, his wife Marci, and a brother Roland Hassel of Spanaway WA. and ten grandchildren.
