Arkontoula M. Apostolatos

Arkontoula M. “Goldie” Apostolatos, age 84 of Pennsville, NJ passed away on Saturday, December 28, 2013 at Christiana Hospital. She was born on December 31, 1928 in Penns Grove, NJ to the late Mary E. (nee Sosangelis) and Mitchell E. Apostolatos. She graduated from Deepwater Grammar School and Penns Grove Regional High School. She was a lifelong member of the Holy Trinity Greek Orthodox Church, Wilmington, DE. Arkontoula is survived by her brother, Evaggelos “Andy” M. Apostolatos, her niece, Clara P. Drimones and her nephew, Nicholas P. Drimones, all of Pennsville, NJ. She was predeceased by her sister, Carnation Drimones in 2007. A viewing will be held for Arkontoula on Friday from 9:00 to 10:00 AM in the Ashcraft Funeral Home, 740 S. Broadway, Pennsville, NJ. Funeral services will be held 11 AM on Friday in the Holy Trinity Greek Orthodox Church, 808 N. Broom St., Wilmington, DE. Interment will follow in Lawnside Cemetery, Pilesgrove, NJ.
